| Critical Incident Track (CI Track)
CI Track is a very simple study in concept and execution, but it
can lead to huge improvements in customer retention and profitability
if the findings are properly interpreted and the recommendations
are implemented.
It is a research system that studies each transaction between the
customer and service provider and identifies critical incidents.
Depending on the pattern of the critical incidents, the client will
be able to carry out tactical or process improvements resulting
in higher customer satisfaction and loyalty scores.
CI Track is a research system that recognizes that customer loyalty
depends a lot on how critical incidents (moments of truth) are managed.
CI Track proactively identifies the critical incidents faced by
your consumers and flags them off for corrective action based on
seriousness of the issue.
