- I2 (Implied Importance) – to identify drivers of satisfaction

- API (Action Priority Index) - a quantified score that indicates
which action points require more attention
The conceptual base for C Metric is drawn from the internationally
acclaimed SERVQUAL model of
Dr. Parasuraman.
