An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Ashok spent 16 years in the MR industry before launching Kaybase.He also has substantial teaching experience in institutes such as IIM Lucknow, IIT Madras, and ENPC University of France.

on research, employee engagement, and on leadership development.
