Panel  terms & conditions

I hereby agree to be part of the Kaybase panel of market research respondents. In agreeing to this, I confirm the following:

1. Kaybase may ask me to participate in defferenct kinds of surveys -      over phone, through Internet, over email, face-toface at my house or some other locations through posted surveys etc

2. Kaybase will not ask me to participate in more than 12 surveys in an year

3. I agree to participate in an atleast 6 surveys per year

4. Kaybase will not ask me participate in any surveys where the subject matter is highly objectionable.

5. Kaybase will not use my name or contact for any kind of direct marketing purpose

6. My participation in this panel will be understood to include my family members as well i.e. in some surveys, one of my       family members may be the respondent rather than me.

7. Kaybase gurantees that my children , if below age of 8 will not interviewed in any fashion without an adult family      member being present.

8. Kaybase will notify me about a new survey through SMS or phone call or email.

9. Each time I participate, aroiund Rs.100 will be given in my name to worthwhile chartable endeavor
